Young red wine with a short aging, of organic character and from the D.O. Costers del Segre. It stands out for its fresh, voluminous and balanced profile, with intense aromas of ripe red fruit and spicy notes, a reflection of its production at altitude.
Cérvoles Colors Negre is an expressive, fruity wine with a balsamic undertone, made with grapes grown at altitude (700-800 meters). Its short aging (approximately 6-8 months) in French oak barrels gives it complexity, volume and very well integrated tannins, while maintaining excellent freshness, typical of mountain viticulture. It is a versatile wine, perfect to pair with meats, legumes or sausages.
