In February 2021, Les Trilles® Extra Virgin Olive Oil has been awarded the Fruitat Verd Dolç Award in the category of large producer at the Fira de l'Oli de Les Borges Blanques, an event that takes place in the region of Lleida, land of Extra Virgin Olive Oil par excellence.

100% Oil from Spain, with a personality typical of the Arbequina olives harvested in Bellaguarda, which offer a very balanced flavor and a high density due to the characteristics of cultivation on land of a certain altitude. Its aromatic smoothness enhances the flavor of the ingredients, both raw and for cooking. It is a filtered oil with earth that eliminates moisture and impurities, making it a good Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Catalonia that can be consumed daily.

Les Trilles® Arbequina Oil is certified with the “Integrated Production” seal, therefore, it is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil free of synthetic chemical products. This Arbequina variety oil is produced by mechanical procedures that do not affect the flavour, aroma and nutritional value of the olive juice.

Tasting note:

Greenish color characteristic of a young oil. Fruity aroma with a predominance of tomato and green almond. Bitter and herbal flavor, slightly spicy at the end, vigorous.
