Straw yellow color with slight golden reflections, good detachment of fine bubbles with rosary formation and persistent crown.
Fine aroma of aging with later floral and ripe fruit notes.
In the mouth it has important liveliness, compensated by a pleasant balance and elegance. Fruity aftertaste, reminiscent of apple, pear and with some notes of citrus.
Fresh, pleasant, well balanced and with a fine and good bubble structure.
Ageing: Second fermentation in the bottle, minimum aging of 14 months in our cellars.
Gastronomy: Ideal as an aperitif at any time, it also perfectly accompanies all kinds of fish, shellfish, white and red meats, sauce dishes, etc. Ideal to accompany a whole meal.
Ideal temperature: 6 – 8º C.
