Pastissets, of Arab origin, are the most typical sweets from Terres de l'Ebre, made with angel hair, muscatel and anise. La Cucafera is a mythological creature linked to traditional folklore and one of the most emblematic symbols of the city of Tortosa. Through this symbiosis we want to present Pastisset cream, a silky liqueur that perfectly interprets the traditional dessert from Tortosa.
